Claustrophobia Training

1. find a small cave which fits snuggly - carefully remove any obstacles if entrance is to narrow
2. do not use any lightsource but wear the appropriate outfit - shorties and slippers are perfect - you can wear dark sunglasses if you like, because you will see nothing but darkness anyway, from the moment your body fill the entrance
3. crawl inside as far as you dare but don't unblock the entrance in order to prevent daylight from lighten your cave
4. pause and contemplate on the meaning of life, how many tons of crumbly rock might weigh down above you, or what might happen if an earthquake - let's assume of Richter magnitude 6-7 - may happen just now (this thought is not so weird, if your cave is located on Peloponnese)
5. crawl completely inside and turn arround - don't think on broken glass or rusty nails or on rotting fishing-hooks which may be washed ashore into your cave, if your cave is close to the sea - you may again pause and contemplate on the topics mentioned above
